A full 60-minute customized massage tailored to your needs and preferences. Whether you're looking for focused therapeutic work, deep tissue, general relaxation, or a combination, your session is built around what you need that day.

90-Minute Massage
More time for a truly customized session without feeling rushed. A 90-minute massage allows for focused therapeutic or deep tissue work on problem areas while still leaving plenty of time for a full-body massage.

120-Minute Massage
For those who want the most time for comprehensive, unhurried bodywork. A 120-minute session allows for extensive focused work on multiple problem areas while still providing plenty of time for a complete full-body massage.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, specialized manual technique designed to support lymphatic movement and help reduce localized swelling and inflammation. This session is intended for concerns such as appropriate post-surgical swelling, acute inflammation, or swelling affecting the arms or legs.
Sugar Foot Scrub
Add a little extra care to your massage with an exfoliating sugar foot scrub designed to leave your feet feeling soft, smooth and refreshed. Available as an add-on to 60-, 90-, or 120-minute massage sessions.
Foot Scrub & Lower Leg Massage
A refreshing 30-minute treatment focused entirely on the feet and lower legs. Begins with a gently exfoliating sugar scrub followed by warm towels and a relaxing massage using rich body butter.

Massage Therapy Consent Form
Required for all clients at the time of scheduling or payment. This form confirms your informed consent to receive massage therapy services and acknowledges our policies regarding treatment, cancellations, and scope of practice.
